TLC Lash Studio is owned and operated by the international trainer, speaker, lash judge, and lash artist Sarah Pennington. Sarah was an innovator of many firsts in the eyelash extension industry, and the very first lash artist in the United States trained in the Russian Volume lash technique. Sarah believes eyelashes should work in harmony with each client’s individual look to create a look that is beautiful, but believable. By consulting with each client, and selecting the best products and techniques available, Sarah can achieve brilliant results that leave her clients loving their lashes… no mascara needed.
